Access your OTIS Visa® Credit or Debit Card on your phone to make quick and secure payments!

Simple, Secure, Convenient

Keep your OTIS Visa Credit or Debit Card readily accessible and securely stored by adding it to your phone’s Digital Wallet! No matter whether you are shopping online, in-app, or in person, your Digital Wallet keeps your information confidential, and lets you pay with a simple tap. Add your OTIS Card to your Digital Wallet today and experience simple, secure, and convenient payments, while still earning rewards!

Our cards are compatible with Apple Pay®, Google Pay™, and Samsung Pay™ applications. Instructions for each can be found below.

Apple Pay

  1. Open the Wallet app on your Apple device.
  2. Click the “+” button to add your OTIS Credit or Debit Card.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to either scan or manually enter your card information.
  4. When done, tap the card image.
  5. Follow the additional on-screen instructions.
  6. You’re all set!
  7. For in-person transactions, simply place your finger on the Touch ID while holding the device over a compatible contactless payment terminal.

Google Pay

Please Note: The Google Pay app has been transitioned to Google Wallet. Google Wallet is currently only available on Android devices.

  1. If you do not already have the Google Wallet app on your device, you may download it from Google Play.
  2. Open the Google Wallet app.
  3. Tap the “Add to Wallet” option.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your card information.
  5. If prompted to verify your card, select what option works best for you and follow the on-screen prompts.
  6. If your phone is NFC enabled, make sure to tap the “Turn on NFC” option in order to be able to pay at a compatible contactless payment terminal.
  7. You’re all set!
  8. For in-person transactions, simply unlock your device and hold it close to the contactless payment terminal. A check mark will show on-screen when your payment is successful.

Samsung Pay

Please Note: For devices running Android 9.0 or higher, Samsung Pay is now included within Samsung Wallet. Samsung Pay can be upgraded to the Samsung Wallet app to access the latest features. These steps may vary slightly if Samsung Pay has not been upgraded.

  1. Open the Samsung Wallet app.
  2. Sign into your Samsung Account.
  3. If you have not already added a verification method (fingerprint or PIN), you may be prompted to do so.
  4. Tap the “Add card” button to add your OTIS Credit or Debit Card.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your card information.
  6. You’re all set!
  7. For in-person transactions, simply swipe up from the bottom of your home screen to pull up your card, verify your ID, and tap the contactless payment terminal.
