OTIS FCU Presents $1,651.10 Lunch Program Donation to RSU 73

Last week Kim Turner, our President/CEO, and Diane Sonos, our Receptionist, had the pleasure of presenting RSU 73 Food Service Director Laura Lorette with a whopping $1651.10 donation check. That’s equivalent to the price of 611 school lunches! All donations were made via our holiday Angel Tree and will be used to eliminate student lunch debt in RSU 73 (Spruce Mountain).
“This fundraising effort was a true testament to the communities we live in,” said Turner. “We are very fortunate to live and work in an area where there is so much care and concern for the well-being of each other. Students that may not have had lunch will now have it because of the generosity of the people within our local communities.”
